June 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Friday:

** Arthur J Gallagher has acquired Wilkins & Associates Insurance Services, which serves commercial and personal lines clients in Reno and Western Nevada. nL6N3S90OI

** Two of the biggest shareholders of India's Bajaj Finserv BJFS.NS sold a combined stake of 1.79% in the financial services company on Friday for 55.06 billion rupees ($642.5 million), exchange data showed. nL3N3S9113

** Hub International has announced the acquisition of two agencies: Mount Vernon, Washington-based Wycoff Insurance Agency and Carlsbad, California-based Scott Held Insurance Agency.

** Aeon Financial Service 8570.T said on Friday that its deal to buy a financial company owned by Vietnam's Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank SSB.HM was invalid due to "inappropriate accounting transactions." nL2N3S909A

** Hong Kong-based Oasis Management, a shareholder in both Toyota Motor 7203.T and Toyota Industries 6201.T, will push for the Japanese automaker to make a higher offer to take Toyota Industries private, its chief investment officer Seth Fisher said on Friday. nL2N3S907F

** Bajaj Holdings and Investment BJAT.NS said that it sold a 0.65% stake in financial services firm Bajaj Finserv BJFS.NS for 20.02 billion rupees ($233.8 million) via a block deal.

** Brazilian rail operator Rumo  said it has decided to terminate a 2024 agreement to sell part of a terminal at Latin America's largest port to U.S. commodities trader Bunge  and a subsidiary of Japan's Zen-Noh Group. nL2N3S815E

** Brazil's Brava Energia  signed a $65 million deal to sell a 50% stake in midstream natural gas infrastructure assets in the state of Rio Grande do Norte to PetroReconcavo , the companies said in separate filings. nS0N3S1095
