Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, was informed on 30 March 2015 that on 27 March 2015 Mr. Michael Hale, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in Aeorema at an average price of 27.5p each.
Mr. Hale now has a beneficial interest in a total of 1,725,000 ordinary shares in Aeorema representing 19.06% of the issued share capital of the Company, 1,670,000 of which are held in the name ofThe Hale Agency Superannuation Fund, and 55,000 of which are held in his own name.
