Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that Andrew Harvey, Managing Director, has purchased, 10,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.45 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Harvey has a beneficial interest in 140,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.52 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
