Director Shareholding

 

Aeorema Communications plc (AIM: AEO), a leading strategic communications
group announced that Steve Quah, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 35,294
Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 68 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Quah has a beneficial
interest in 445,716 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.67 per cent. of the
Company's current issued share capital.
