Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces the appointment of Mr. Stephen Haffner, previously Company Secretary to Aeorema, as Non-Executive with immediate effect. Non-Executive Director Stephen Garbutta has stepped down to pursue alternative business interests. 
Mr. Haffner has almost 30 years' accounting experience having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989. He has spent over 25 years at Harris and Trotter LLP, during which time he became Head of the Audit Department. He was appointed as Partner to the firm in 1994. Mr. Haffner joined Aeorema as Company Secretary in 2014 and is therefore very familiar with the Company. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England & Wales and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England & Wales.
Aeorema Chairman Michael Hale said, "Firstly I would like to thank Steve Garbutta for his time with Aeorema and for his wonderful guidance and contribution to the business over the past 12 years. We wish him well in the future. He has been replaced by a representative from the same company and we are pleased to welcome Steve to the Board given his strong understanding of the Company, which delivers high quality live events to blue chip companies."
