Result of AGM

Aeorema Communications plc, a leading strategic communications group based in
London, New York City and Amsterdam, announces that at its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were
duly passed. The proxy votes received from shareholders on the resolutions
proposed at the meeting are set out below.
