Aeorema Communications plc, a leading strategic communications group, is
pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier
today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. The proxy votes
received from shareholders on the resolutions proposed at the meeting are set
