Result of AGM

 

Aeorema Communications plc, a leading strategic communications group,
announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Voting on each of the
resolutions was taken on a poll, and the results of the poll vote received
from shareholders are set out below.

The Board notes the voting in relation to resolution 3. The Board is committed
to continuing an open dialogue with the Company's shareholders. Following the
voting at the AGM, where it is able to, the Board will continue to seek to
engage with those shareholders who are understood to have voted against the
resolution to understand their views and/or any specific concerns.
