Transaction in Own Shares
Aeorema Communications plc (AIM: AEO), a leading strategic communications
group, announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary
shares of 12.5p each on the London Stock Exchange through Shard Capital
Stockbrokers Limited ("Shard"), acting as the Company's broker for the purpose
of the Share Buyback Programme announced on 12 May 2025 (the "Programme"). The
purchased shares will be cancelled following settlement.
