Australia's Aeris Resources jumps on higher quarterly production

** Shares of Australia's Aeris Resources AIS.AX rise as
much as 3% to A$0.170, set to mark best day since Oct. 2 if
current gains hold
** Copper-gold explorer posts quarterly copper production
from Tritton mine of 5.2 kt (thousand tonnes), higher than
previous year's output of 3.8 kt
** Says Jaguar mine production exceeded guidance with a
total production of 3.1 kt of zinc and site now on care and
maintenance
** Adds co is exploring opportunities to supply excess water
to other nearby gold operations
** Stock down 70.8% this year, as of last close
