ZURICH/BERLIN, Dec 11(Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
    

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Sunrise Communications  SRCG.S  has requested that all of
its registered with a nominal value of 1 Swiss franc be delisted

    * Flughafen Zuerich  FHZN.S  said the number of passengers

    * Highlight Event And Entertainment AG  HLEE.S  said it has
completed a capital increase via private placement with issue
proceeds of 5.4 million Swiss francs  ($6.1 million).
    * Aevis Victoria SA  AEVS.S  said it has acquired the Hotel
Schweizerhof in Zermatt for 63.2 million Swiss francs ($71.4
