It invests in the healthcare, life sciences, hotels and lifestyles industries. Its activities are carried out in four segments. The Private Clinics segment includes Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA, a group of private clinics; Clinique Spontini SAS, a plastic surgery clinic; and IRJB Institut de Radiologie du Jura Bernois SA, which offers radiology services and ophthalmology consultancy; among others. The Other Healthcare and Wellness Activities segment includes Nescens SA, which operates better aging check-up centers; and AS Ambulance Services SA, specializing in transporting patients; among others. The Hotels segment includes Victoria-Jungfrau Collection AG, a hotel group. The Real Estate Revenue segment includes Swiss Healthcare Properties AG, a medical real estate company, and Patrimonium Healthcare Property Advisors AG, among others.
