** Petrochemical co wins tender from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd IOC.NS for supply of bulk bitumen to Kakinada locations
** Adds, total estimated value of order at 3.3 bln rupees ($37.6 mln)
** More than 60,000 shares traded as of 12:52 p.m. IST, nearly 2x their 30-day moving avg
** YTD, AGWL down 29.4%
