** Shares of real estate service company Agency Group Australia  AU1.AX rise 15.4% to A$0.03, their highest level since January 7

** Co posts 17.2% y/y rise in December quarter revenue

** Says gross value of properties sold rose to A$2.6 bln from A$1.9 bln, while properties under management rose 17.4%

** Around 1 million shares change hands, 5.3x 30-day average trading volume

** YTD, stock up 15.4%
