Agriterra Limited, the AIM-quoted African agricultural company, advises that
its Notice of Annual General Meeting is now available on the Company's website

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 7
December 2022 at 1.30pm at Connaught House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port,
