Agriterra Limited, the AIM-quoted African agricultural company, advises that
its Notice of Annual General Meeting is now available on the Company's website

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 9
January 2024 at 2.00pm at St Peter's House, Rue des Brehauts, St Pierre du
Bois, Guernsey GY7 9RT. The results of the AGM will be announced shortly after
