much as 77.8% to A$0.016, posting their biggest intraday pct
gain since Feb 25, 2010
** Stock hits its highest level since Oct. 26
** Multi-commodity co proposes to acquire all of the shares
in Andean Mining in an off-market takeover offer
** Co proposes to offer about 453 mln Aguia shares in
consideration for 100% of the issued shares in Andean
** About 17 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 572,833 shares
** Stock had fallen 83.5% this year, as of last close
