** Stock marks second consecutive session of losses
** Multi-commodity co announces updates on Public Civil
Action (PCA) regarding the environmental licensing for co's
Phosphate Project
** Says court ordered Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office
(FPPO) to present a final report in 20 days
** Adds court also ordered the parties to further discuss
settlement proposals for the other two pleas advanced in the PCA
and present the outcome in 20 days
** Stock has fallen 15.8% this year, as of last close
