** Shares of miner Aguia Resources AGR.AX climb as much as
14.6% to A$0.063, their highest since Sept. 2
** AGR unit Aguia Fertilizantes got a final permit to build

** Mine to have annual capacity of 300,000 tonnes, AGR to
invest 35 million reais ($6.81 million) to build the mine
** Stock records best intraday percentage gain since Oct. 17
