Australia's Aguia Resources up 15% on civil action settlement hopes

** Shares of Aguia Resources Ltd AGR.AX climb as much as
15.4% to A$0.045, seeing their best day since Oct 17
** Copper miner says actively engaged in conciliatory
process with all parties to the public civil action regarding
environmental licensing for its phosphate project
** Says parties are expected to meet again to discuss the
terms of a possible settlement within the next few days
** Remains confident that reaching a settlement will enable
the company to soon commence construction of the project
** More than 420,350 shares change hands, almost twice the
30-day average volume
** Stock down 31.6% this year, as of last close
