AIB Group plc

Block Listing Application

 

AIB Group plc ("AIB" or the "Company") announces that application has been
made to Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of
1,000,000 ordinary shares of €0.625 each in the capital of AIB (the
"Shares") to be admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock
Exchange.

 

These Shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting
of shares under the AIB Group (ROI) Save As You Earn Plan and the AIB Group UK
Sharesave Plan (the "SAYE Plans"). The SAYE Plans were approved by
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 1 May 2025.

 

When issued, the Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission is
expected to become effective on 6 May 2026.
