    June 26 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.
AIR FRANCE-KLM AIRF.PA:
Franco-Dutch airline Air France-KLM successfully issued €500 million senior notes under its EMTN program with a 5-year maturity and a fixed annual coupon of 4.250%, to be used primarily for general corporate purposes.
LE SLIP FRANCAIS:
French underwear maker Le Slip Francais, which prides itself on manufacturing entirely in France, plans to have its shares traded on the Paris stock market on July 14, Bastille Day.
Michelin MICP.PA: 
French tire maker Michelin plans to gradually shut down its BFGoodrich tire plant in Tuscaloosa, in the U.S. state of Alabama, in phases from early 2027.
LVMH LVMH.PA/MARIE BRIZARD MBWS.PA/PERNOD PERP.PA:
Parisians will be banned from drinking alcohol in public from midday onwards on Friday in order to try and curb the health issues arising from the heatwave gripping France and much of Europe, the head of the Paris police said on Thursday.
VINCI SGEF.PA:    French construction and concessions group Vinci won a €210 million ($238.98 million) contract to build the second building of the new Reims hospital, with €157 million allocated to Vinci Construction and the project lasting 45 months.
