    * Says it will set up Fukushima-based JV with The Chugoku 
Electric 
Power Company, Incorporated in late November and hold 51 percent 
stake in the JV after establishment  
    * Says the JV will start to set up a Fukushima-based biomass 
power 
plant with generating capacity of 75,000 KW from November 2018
