** Real estate developer reported a 21.8% y/y rise in Q1 consol PAT to 382.8 mln rupees ($4.4 mln); rev grew 33.4%

** More than 164,000 shares traded as of 2:02 p.m. IST, 2.2x their 30-day moving avg

** AJME last up 2.9%, cutting YTD losses to 17.3%
