Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited is an India-based real estate developer. The Company has a network of operations in local as well as in foreign market. It also deals in generation and supply of electricity. The Company creates residential and commercial projects. It is focused on premium developments in luxury and mid-luxury projects in the residential segment. Its residential projects include Ajmera Manhattan; Ajmera Aeon, Zeon and Treon; Ajmera Nucleus (ABC Wing); Ajmera Prive; Ajmera Eden, Ajmera Greenfinity; Ajmera Lugaano, and Florenza. The Company's commercial projects include Ajmera Sikova and Ajmera Nucleus Commercial. The Company has a development potential on its land parcel at Ajmera I-Land, Bhakti Park, Wadala and Central Mumbai. The Ajmera Manhattan project at Wadala, Mumbai, provides compact luxury residential apartments with two- and three-bedroom, hall and kitchen (BHK) configurations. The Ajmera Sikova project is a commercial property, housing around 400 offices.
