    ** The real estate co on Monday reported 19% YoY rise in
sales value of 1.28 billion rupees ($15.54 million) for the
dec-qtr
    ** Stock continues to cross 50-day, 100-day and 200-day avg
of shares 
    ** About 223,288 shares change hands by 11:25 a.m. IST vs
30-day avg of 194,912 shares
    ** Stock up ~10.3% last year
