India's Ajmera Realty at one-month low as Q4 revenue, core profit slip

** Shares of Ajmera Realty Ltd  AJME.NS  fall as much as
3.29% to a one-month low of 292.15 rupees
    ** Stock drops after the realty firm reported a 37% Y/Y
slump to 1.14 bln rupees in March-quarter revenue from

    ** Consolidated profit after tax rises 8% Y/Y to 151.1 mln
rupees. Co's core profit down at 310.2 mln rupees, compared with
396.2 mln rupees a year ago
    ** Co also approves a final dividend of 3 rupees per share
    ** Ajmera stock up over 2% ahead of the results, before
reversing gains following the earnings
    ** Trading volume is 96,273 shares, 2.6 times the 30-day avg
