India's Ajmera Realty hits 16-yr high on two-fold jump in sales

** Shares of Ajmera Realty & Infra India  AJME.NS  rise as
much as 9.6% to hit their highest level since Feb 2008; last up
4.8% 
     ** The real estate firm's Q4 sales jumped more than
two-fold
    ** Stock has been trading over its 200-day simple moving avg
since March 2023, volumes over 2.4x the 30-day avg 
    ** Shares advanced 64% in the March-quarter to log biggest
quarterly gains since June 2021 
    ** Including session's gains, stock up ~87%
