8%, last up 5.2% at 761.8 rupees
    ** Real estate developer says Q1 sales up 36% YoY,
collections up 49% YoY
    ** Stock on track to rise for seventh straight session if
trend holds
    ** Eight out of 10 Nifty Realty index  .NIFTYREAL  stocks
are down and index is down 0.56%; AJME is not part of the index
    ** AJME up ~73% YTD vs ~42% climb in realty index
