** Shares in Aker Clean Hydrogen ACHA.OL rise 6.1%, while
Aker Horizons AKH.OL fall 5.8% after the companies announced

** Shareholders in Aker Clean Hydrogen, other than Aker
Horizons, will receive 0.2381 merger consideration shares in
Aker Horizons for each share owned in ACH
** The exchange ratio implies a share price of NOK 5.49 per
Aker Clean Hydrogen share, representing a premium of 16.7% to
its closing price on March 29
