Australia's Akora Resources jumps after Madagascar resumes processing mining permits

** Iron ore explorer Akora Resources Ltd  AKO.AX  jumps as
much as 14.7% to A$0.195, its highest since March 23
    ** Co says Madagascar government approves processing for all
pending mining permits
    ** Permits including small-scale mining licence, exploration
licence, and mining exploration licence currently pending with
the Mining Cadastre Office of Madagascar will be processed
    ** AKO marks its biggest intraday pct gain since March 23;
up 3% this year, as of last close
