line of subsidiary Akritas Bulgaria 
    * Says buyer is a bulgarian businessman active in timber 
industry 
    * Says the sale is part of complete restructuring plan of 
the group 
    * Sale of fixed assets is estimated by independent source at 
1.2 million euros 
    * Says the decision is justified by recession in Bulgarian 
economy and employment rate of melamine plant that does not
