** Stock more than doubled in value to A$0.155 earlier in the session, hitting its highest level since early May 2022

** Base metals explorer finds presence of high-grade gold  at Collavilla prospect in the Yandal West project, Western Australia

** Drilling results confirm presence of a gold system and only a small portion of the broader Ives Find footprint is tested - CEO

** ALB records its most active trading day, with about 32 mln shares changing hands

** Stock has more than tripled in value so far this year
