Australia's Bryah Resources drops on discounted share placement

** Shares of Bryah Resources  BYH.AX  drop as much as 9.7%
to A$0.028, their lowest since July 27
    ** Mineral explorer says it has received firm commitments 
to raise A$1.43 million ($998,569.00) via a share
placement urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2ZK7B6
    ** Funds raised will be applied for completion of the
Olympus EIS program, among others 
    ** Issue price of A$0.027 per share is at 12.9% discount to
the closing price on Aug 4, before a trading halt 
    ** Stock has fallen 36.1% this year, as of last close
