surge as much as 8.6% to A$0.19 after co signs a five-year
agreement with NHS Tayside in Scotland
    ** Co says agreement for NHS Tayside to implement Miya
Observations and Assessments, its electronic system used to

    ** Total contract value A$1.9 mln ($1.37 mln) 
    ** Co already has deals with NHS Lanarkshire and NHS Fife in
Scotland 
    ** ALC stock down 36.4% YTD, as of last close
