** Stock hits its highest level since April 30

** Healthcare tech firm says it has signed an agreement to buy the business and assets of Kyra Flow Products for A$3 million ($2.14 million) upfront payment and others

** Co says products include inpatient and outpatient hospital-focused patient flow solutions

** Stock up 2.4% this year, including the day's move
