Dec 20 (Reuters) - Alconix Corp  3036.T  : 
     
    * Says it plans to set up a wholly owned unit as interim 
holding company in early March, 2017, for full acquisition of 
FUJI PRESS Corporation  
    * Says the newly established unit will fully acquire 
Aichi-based metal die casting firm FUJI PRESS Corporation, at 
3.3 billion yen on April 3, 2017
