Australia's Aldoro falls to over 1-year low on discounted placement

** Shares of mineral exploration company Aldoro Resources
 ARN.AX  fall as much as 3.7% to A$0.26, lowest since March 2021
    ** Says https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/ARN/02510106.pdf
 resolved to conduct placement of 9.2 million shares priced at
A$0.25, at a discount from the last closing price of A$0.27 
    ** Placement to raise a total of A$2.3 million ($1.72
million)
    ** Proceeds of the placement to be used to fund maiden drill
programme for Wyemandoo rubidium-lithium project in Western
Australia
    ** Stock has fallen 34.94% this year as of last close
