15.2% to A$0.265, their highest since March 1
    ** The mineral explorer says it entered into binding heads
of agreement with Logan Exploration and three other vendors to
acquire 85% interest in Kameelburg Heavy Rare Earth Carbonatite
Project in Namibia
    ** Adds agreement for A$201,000 ($134,932.30) upon
completion
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since March 1
    ** More than 663,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 193,000 shares
    ** Stock up 43.8% this year, as of last close
