their best day since late-October 2020
    ** Diversified miner says latest assays of offshore mine in
Namibia reported significant niobium discovery
    ** Co adds drilling of mine planned as the next step
    ** ARN climbs above 50- and 100-day moving averages for
first time since late-August
    ** Around 1.9 mln shares change hands, 41.3x the 30-day
average
    ** With session's gains so far, stock cuts YTD loss to 15.6%
from 48.8% at last close
