    * Says CsNET, Inc., an Osaka-based firm, filed a lawsuit 
with Tokyo District Court, against the company's unit (DLM) 
    * Says CsNET requires DLM which is engaged in operation of 
DL-MARKET, to pay proceeds with total amount of about 23 million 
yuan and related interests
