    * Says it signs business and capital alliance with NTT
DOCOMO Inc
 9437.T , and business alliance with NTT DOCOMO and NTT DOCOMO's
unit D2C Inc, on May 10
    * Says NTT DOCOMO will acquire 2.1 million shares (15.5
percent
stake) of the company, from the company's second biggest
shareholder Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd  7912.T , at the price
of 1,279.00 yen per share (2.68 billion yen in total), on May 11
    * Says Dai Nippon Printing will cut voting power in the
company to
6.6 percent from 22.6 percent and will become the fourth biggest
shareholder of the company
    * Says NTT DOCOMO will increase voting power in the company
to 16
percent from 0 percent and will become the second biggest
shareholder of the company
