Australia's Alliance Aviation rises on strong FY results

** Shares of Alliance Aviation Services  AQZ.AX  rise as
much as 3.6% to A$3.470 - their highest since July 19 
    ** Co posts FY profit of A$52.2 mln ($34.1 mln), compared
with a loss of A$7.1 mln a year ago
    ** Says total revenue from operations rose by A$147.8 mln to
A$517.2 mln
    ** Adds that co retains positive outlook for FY 2024 
    ** Stock has risen 7% this year, as of last close, compared
to a 4.5% rise in the ASX All Ordinaries index  .AORD
