Confirmation of CEO Change
Alpha Group International plc, a high-tech, high-touch provider of financial
solutions to corporates and institutions, today confirms that Clive Kahn has
assumed the position of CEO of Alpha Group International plc, with effect from
1 January 2025.
Clive's appointment as CEO follows the Company's CEO succession announcement
on 10 September 2024. As such, Morgan Tillbrook resigned as a Director and CEO
of Alpha Group International as of 31 December 2024.
