Alpha Group International plc is a United Kingdom-based non-bank provider of financial solutions to corporates and institutions operating internationally. The Company's segments include Corporate London, Institutional, Corporate Toronto, Corporate Amsterdam, Alpha Pay and Cobase. Its divisions include FX Risk Management and Alternative Banking. The FX Risk Management division focuses on supporting corporate and institutional clients that need to buy or sell currency for commercial purposes, typically for buying and selling goods and services overseas, or to fix the underlying value of an asset or liability. The Alternative Banking includes global accounts solution has been purpose-built for alternative investment managers and the corporate service providers and fund administrators that support them (Service Providers). Cobase is a cloud-based provider of bank connectivity technology that enables corporates to manage their banking relationships and transactions.
