CANCELLATION OF LISTING

Further to the announcement of Alpha Group International plc (Alpha) on 31
October 2025 that the Scheme for the acquisition of Alpha by Corpay, Inc. has
now become effective in accordance with its terms, Alpha confirms that the
listing of Alpha Shares on the equity shares (commercial companies) category
of the Official List and the main market of the London Stock Exchange was
cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today.

Terms defined in the Scheme Document dated 11 August 2025 have the same
meanings in this announcement.
