Notice of Annual General Meeting & Posting of Annual Report & Accounts

Alpha Group International plc (AIM: ALPH), a high-tech, high-touch provider
of financial solutions dedicated to corporates and institutions operating
internationally, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2023 will be posted to shareholders on Monday 8 April,
together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy.
