Transfer of Shares from Treasury

Total Voting Rights

 

Alpha Group International plc, a leading provider of financial solutions to
corporates and institutions, confirms that it has transferred from treasury
234,627 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company (the " Ordinary Shares")
to employees under the Company's Canada Employee Share Scheme, Netherlands
Employee Share Scheme, D Share Scheme, and the Institutional Employee Share
Ownership Scheme (the "Schemes").

 

Following the transfer from treasury, the Company's issued share capital will
consist of 43,213,011 ordinary shares with 108,802 ordinary shares held in
treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Alpha will be 43,213,011. This
figure of 43,213,011should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
