UK Stocks-Factors to watch on May 6 (updated)

Adds new items, updates futures

May 6 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen higher on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.22%.

* DELIVEROO: DoorDash DASH.O will buy British meal delivery firm Deliveroo ROO.L for 2.9 billion pounds ($3.85 billion), the companies said, as a part of the U.S. online delivery platform's plans to expand into international markets.

* ASSOCIATED BRITISH FOODS: Associated British Foods ABF.L  said it was in talks with private equity firm Endless LLP, owner of British bakery Hovis, about a potential deal for its Allied Bakeries business.

        * IWG: Office space provider IWG IWG.L posted a 2% rise in first-quarter system-wide revenue on Tuesday and affirmed its annual forecast, saying its core activities were not directly impacted by trade tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump.

        * ALPHA GROUP INTERNATIONAL: British financial services provider Alpha Group International ALPH.L said it had rejected an all-cash proposal from U.S.-based business payments firm Corpay CPAY.N.

* SHELL: Shell SHEL.L is evaluating a potential acquisition of BP BP.L , Bloomberg News reported on Saturday citing people familiar with the matter.

* ANGLO AMERICAN: Peabody Energy BTU.N said if issues involving Anglo American's AAL.L Moranbah North mine were not resolved, it may elect to terminate its pending deal.

* CO-OP: Co-op Group 42TE.L said on Friday hackers had accessed and extracted customer data from one of its systems.

* CYBERSECURITY: The British government will next week warn all UK companies to treat cyber security as an "absolute priority" in the wake of attacks on retailers.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices rebounded over 1% and gold prices rose to a two-week high on concerns over U.S. President Donald Trump's tariff plans, while copper prices edged higher on signs of U.S.-China trade.
