Youvia Joins Forces with vcita to Support Small Businesses in the Netherlands

SEATTLE, WA and AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS / ACCESSWIRE / November 17, 2022 /
Youvia (https://pr.report/3umwvWhY) , a leading digital marketing agency that
serves small businesses, and vcita (https://pr.report/smrG3xQ1) , the
Seattle-based all-in-one business management platform, have come together to
empower small businesses in the Netherlands to scale.

As part of the partnership, Youvia is gearing up for an early 2023 launch of
Sitee, a business management app powered by technology from vcita, to assist
its small business clients with optimizing business operations and growing
their bottom line. The vcita platform's technology is highly customizable,
allowing agencies and service providers to offer new types of value to their
small business customers.

The launch of the Netherlands version of Sitee is another step forward for the
partnership between vcita and FCR Media, which recently acquired
(https://pr.report/rdJ6p1iM) Youvia. The vcita-FCR partnership has been
flourishing since the two joined forces to launch Sitee in Belgium
(https://pr.report/SA3vnuK0) in late 2021. Youvia's new version of Sitee
represents the next stage of FCR Media's expansion into the Netherlands,
strengthening the agency's position as a marketing services leader across
Benelux.

Sitee delivers a comprehensive business management solution that enables small
business owners to run their businesses more efficiently, control operations
digitally, and scale into new opportunities. The app includes core business
management modules such as payment collection and management, CRM, a
centralized client messaging hub, and scheduling.

Thanks to the openness of the vcita platform, the app has been enriched with
Youvia's trademark services: website building, reviews, and social media
management. This offers Youvia's clients a one-stop shop for all marketing and
business management needs.

As part of the partnership, Rinat Bogin, VP Global Partnerships and Alliances
at vcita, will co-present a session at the upcoming B2B Marketing Expo in
London, UK, together with Ivar Gribnau, Director of Sitee by FCR. The two will
share strategic actions that marketing agencies can take to maintain growth
and boost profits in the currency economic climate, in a session
(https://pr.report/dIQij-4O) titled "Navigating Your Marketing Organization
Through Times of Uncertainty: Lessons Learned and Strategic Tips," on November
22.

In the spirit of their joint presentation, Youvia CEO Raymond van Eck said,
"In today's uncertain economic climate, when small businesses are feeling the
impact of inflation, rising business costs, and the likelihood of an impending
recession, there is an even greater need to support small businesses in their
efforts to remain stable and profitable."

"We are committed to sticking by our clients during tough times, helping them
to attract customers, close more deals, cultivate loyalty, and with the new
software offering, to even manage revenue and optimize cash flow," van Eck
continued. "At this time, organizations that serve the small business
community have a responsibility as well as an opportunity to provide new
services and tools that answer business owners' changing needs."

Using the new app, Youvia's clients will be able to manage all their business
operations on the go, gain visibility into cash flow, and automate many
business tasks, while reducing administrative costs. "Thanks to the strength
of our partnership, we are able to bring this best-of-breed solution to more
European small business owners," said Bogin.

Small business owners often cite a lack of transparency as a pain point when
working with marketing agencies. Tools like Sitee increase transparency, which
improves the working relationships between small businesses and marketers, so
they can easily understand how the agency's campaigns bring them value. This,
in turn, unlocks better results for clients and enhances perceived value and
loyalty for agencies, helping them enjoy additional revenue from their
existing client base.
